We are on the lookout for experienced Sales Advisors who are looking to build a long-term career within a growing and finically well backed client.

You will be rewarded with a starting salary starting of £24,000 with an OTE of £55,000 working Monday to Friday.

Duties for the Sales Advisor

From qualified leads, you will be asked to make outbound B2B calls, making direct contact with small business Company Owners, engaging with them, building rapport and then discussing whether they have thought about selling their business
Working from our comprehensive inhouse CRM system
Arranging appointments for Corporate Directors once a Business Owner expresses interest in taking the conversation further
Providing a caring, thoughtful and thorough service to Clients, working with pace, professionalism to provide a first class customer experience

Skills required for the Sales Advisor

You will have had prior Sales experience (B2B or B2C)
You will be able to build and develop excellent relationships with Clients
You will be a be a strong closer knowing how to spot 'buying signs'
You will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and enjoy working within a pressurise, sales driven environment
You will be selfmotivated, professional and a team player

Strong literacy/numerical skills
