Description

We are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to work at residential properties overseeing extension and renovation work in the Fife, Edinburgh/Lothians and Perth/Dundee areas.


As the Site Supervisor you would be responsible for

  • Supervising/overseeing extension and renovation work including inhouse trades and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring inhouse trades are equipped with appropriate vehicles, tools, remedial kits and consumables to successfully carry out role.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed.
  • Feeding back to management and clients on potential changes/variations and ensuring prompt resolution with mínimal disruption.
  • Ensuring customer care is maintained throughout the works.

Work Experience & Key Skills Required

  • Experience of working in occupied homes.
  • Can demonstrate an ability to read, understand and translate technical drawings for installation purposes.
  • Full UK clean driving licence is essential.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work as part of a team and on their own.


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dunfermline, Fife: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
