Job Title:
Creative Designer


Salary:
£25-30k p.a.


Location:
Cardiff, with remote working options


Key Responsibilities:


  • Complete projects across the design spectrum, from brief to close
  • Develop concepts and communications that align with the client's brief
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team, project managers, account handlers, and leads
  • Present your ideas to team members and clients, as required

Skills and Experience You'll Bring:


  • 2+ years' experience in an agency environment, with a focus on branding
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of digital design and its principles
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they are onconcept and onbrand
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with account managers or clients directly
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your passion for design and creative problemsolving skills
  • Confidence in presenting and communicating your ideas to both team members and clients
  • Considered, adaptable, and detailoriented
  • Awareness of commercial and time pressures
