We are currently looking for a talented and motivated
Receptionist/Administrator to support our Flagship
London office near Liverpool Street Station.

Due to the nature of the work this is a fully office based role.


What does the role involve?


You will support the business by answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner providing a seamless call service for the Group.

You will also be responsible for the general supervision of the office reception areas and meeting rooms, greeting visitors, organising refreshments and managing the office events bookings.

You will be part of our National Admin Team and will assist with general administrative tasks including:

  • Monitoring the general mailboxes.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Document production, including printing, scanning and binding.
  • Arranging couriers and handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Preparing documents for archive.
  • Ordering stationery.
  • Ordering PPE.
  • Carrying out new starter inductions.
  • H&S Rep duties.
  • Interaction with the facilities team if changes are taking place in the office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A good level of competency of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role.
