We are Partnering with an established Bourne based Estate Agency Group who are seeking an experienced Branch Manager / valuer to take the helm at their Bourne branch.

This position is perfect if you are sales driven and would be excited to work for a dynamic, innovative and market leading company.

You will be an existing Estate Agent Branch Manager with a proven track record in Estate Agency or an experienced Valuer looking to progress your career to the next levelThis role has fabulous earning potential.

This is an exciting opportunity for Top Class Estate Agents to develop their career with an established, forward thinking independent Estate Agency as Estate Agent Branch Manager.

You will have the support of a first class admin support department and access to an up to date existing database of leads and applicants together with a proactive team of negotiators to grow this already well known local brand.

You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering superior customer service.
You will have drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.
Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets
Setting and reviewing performance standards
Development of team members
Implementing agreed business plans
Listing and selling properties
