Description

Transition 360 is a service established in providing a quality service for Young People in care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to the opening of a new semi-independent provision in Bradford/Shipley.

We are looking for experienced staff to work in an organisation that specialises in supporting young people into independence, empowering and mentoring.

You will be supporting a female Young Person and positively engaging with her ensuring company policies are adhered at all times. Working hours will be from 10pm to 10am with overtime available
at other times.
You will have direct experience of supporting Young People year old) in provide support, guidance and advice in all areas of daily life; this includes budgeting, health, careers, education, relationships, culture, identity, managing accommodation maintenance and safety etc.

Basic computer knowledge - competence in using Microsoft office, web portals and websites will be needed_

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 24-48 per week

Salary:
Up to £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

12 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff undertake regular cover risk assessments which do involve deep cleans
PPE equipment is available for staff
