Multrees Investor Services are an award-winning investment services company who operate in the Financial Services sector. Multrees have supported many QA Apprentices throughout the years so you are in safe hands

An opportunity has arrived within Multrees Settlements team for an apprentice.

The Settlements team are responsible for the timely and accurate execution, processing and/or settlement of internal or external trades on behalf of their clients.


Key responsibilities:


  • Become a superuser of IM Security (an internal records system) where you will input and manage data. You will be responsible for analysing settlements take place on their given date
  • Run daily Microsoft Excel reports on trades and make clients aware of upcoming settlement dates. This will support you when prematching and reporting on failed trades. Failed trades will be alerts you to via Swift (software) which you will then make clients aware of
  • Act as first point of contact for clients who may have queries or progress request on their trades. You will also be liaising with brokers
  • Collaborate with both the Treasury and Transfers team within Multrees to ensure information is passed over correctly
  • Maintain effective controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance to required processes and procedures

Salary:

£18,500 per annum. Your salary will be discussed upon completion of your apprenticeship.


Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
