Description

This is an opportunity to join a high calibre Energy Analytics team and focus on the European Carbon Markets.

You will have responsibility for analysing developments in the carbon markets and providing the Traders with quantitative and qualitative analysisto inform their trading decisions.

You will also develop a model of EUETS emissions from both the market and new sectors. You will also maintain and develop the emission/power model.

Other key responsibilities include providing regular price forecast and trade ideas for the EUAs and developing trading models.

To be considered for this role you should have at least 2 years carbon markets knowledge and experience ideally in an energy trading business or consultancy.

The role requires Python coding skills and experience of SQL. You shoud have strong communicationskills and want to work in fast moving trading environment.
