Job Summary:

Well known, well regarded Scottish property consultancy are seeking (due to continued expansion) an experienced and qualified Property Professional / Surveyor who specialises in all things in the Utilities/Infrastructure/Telecoms sectors.

The individual could come from a rural or commercial background whilst being proficient in providing professional and estate management services (including valuation, access/wayleave/easement, compensation, compulsory purchase) advice to a range of power/energy/telecoms/utilities clients.

The projects / instructions to be worked on are all based in the Scotland / Borders area and the chosen individual can accordingly operate from part remotely/part from one of their network of office.

This post would suit an F/MRICS (or AssocRICS) qualified surveyor with demonstrable experience within the sector. Salary & Package will reflect experience and qualifications.
