Waddington Brown are delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of an experienced HR Administrator. The company is well-regarded Colchester based manufacturer.

As a pivotal member of the HR team, you will act as a first point of contact for the HR department, and in particular will coordinate the onboarding process for all new employees


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment administration
  • Processing starter/leaver information, maintaining personnel files.
  • Contract changes, taking notes at formal meetings.
  • Maintaining HR systems
  • Acting as liaison between HR and Payroll, processing of timesheets where required
  • Health & Safety training coordination
  • HR project work as required.


To be successful in this role you will possess strong administration skills and preferably worked in an HR department before but this is not essential.

You will have well developed communication skills and have the ability to build relationships with peopleat all levels via face to face, online or phone.

You will be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and be able to multi-task, providing proactive support in a busy environment.
