The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a dynamic and fast growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer client queries and keep them uptodate.
  • Provide quotations and invoices.
  • Arranging installations (signage, cctv, payment machines).
  • Send communications to current car park users.
  • Issue parking permits.
  • Update client and site information on the inhouse CRM System

Skills:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Very good administration skills
  • Wellorganised and great attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
