Description

Our client is an Engineering company based in the Washington area and they require a number of Trainee Armature Winders.

The role comes with full training and involves rewinding low voltage electric motors. For anyone with armature winding experience the hourly rate could be higher.

You can go on YouTube and look at 'Stator Winding' or 'Electric Motor Winding' to get an understanding of this role.

Ideally you will live local to Washington/Birtley and have good hand and tool skills and experience.

The normal hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday with Friday 8am - 3.30pm.

The hourly rate is £ £12.00 initially and once trained will be higher.

This is a permanent position with a 6 month trial, good holiday entitlement and pension.
