Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting a Temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant for a client based in the Ferndown area.
It would be to start in the new year for a period of 2-4 months and would be for approx 20-25 hours per week.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be working as part of a small finance team and have responsibility for all aspects of the purchase ledger function from receipt and posting of invoices, dealing with supplier queries right through to reconciliation of supplier statements and payments by BACs and cheques.
You will need to have good computerised purchase ledger experience, have Intermediate level Excel and be available for a start anytime up to the middle of January 2023.
