Sales Associate (Internal Hire Only)
Reporting to:
Community Director
Job Purpose:
A key role at x+why, focussing on driving viewing conversion across the business.
You will be the primary point of contact for all inbound sales, whilst building and maintaining great working relationships with our agent and broker partners.
To support the Community Director in reporting on, monitoring, and increasing leads across the portfolio.Location:

The role:
As
Sales Associate you will manage all inbound sales enquiries and be the initial contact for all leads and membership enquiries.
The key focus is to build rapport and generate high quality viewings for our locations across the UK, with a focus on driving and increasing viewing conversion.
You will have the ability to forge relationships with our key stakeholders and work with our Community Director to communicate the x+why purpose and brand to increase our mission driven membership base.
You will deliver this by:
- Responsible for qualifying all leads across all x+why locations.
- Confidently liaise with the prospect, gather requirements, build rapport, and offer the most suitable solution for them.
- Manage and schedule viewings with the relevant site team through effective communication, conducting adhoc tours where necessary.
- Own the HubSpot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, maintain its accuracy, and produce reports the business can utilise.
- Manage the HubSpot CRM pipelines for each location and ensure task owners provide updates.
- Update sales collateral where needed, and support Marketing and Sales in collating new site collateral during launch phases.
- Contact and reengage with old leads and generate new leads through CRM system.
- Complete understanding of the x+why product and availability.
- Deliver and exceed KPIs.
- Periodic competitor analysis with understanding of current rates, product offering and services.

Experience
Demonstrable experience of having worked in a sales role in serviced office/coworking sector.
Demonstrable experience of having worked in a KPI focused fast paced sales environment.
Prior experience of working in a start-up/SME.

Able to work effectively with systems and sales CRMs e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Office suite.
Good understanding of Sales reporting
Elevated level of organisational skills, diary management with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced role/environment.
Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent telephone manner.
Strong customer experience attention to detail and ability to build relationships at all levels
