Description

In this role you will provide high quality learning, teaching and curriculum development in Access to Higher Education area.

You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to support and motivate students from a wide range of backgrounds.

Demonstrating sound pedagogic practice and creativity you will use a wide range of approaches and learning resources to ensure that students engage fully in their learning experience, motivating good attendance, retention, achievement and progression.

Confident in delivery of a broad curriculum at lower stages and bringing specialist knowledge for areas of more advanced study, you will be able to work across a range of levels up to honours degree and in future may also contribute to postgraduate provision.
