I am currently working with a client based in Stockton, who is looking to recruit a experienced Sales Order Processor to join their small team.


Responsibilities:


  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Review order details, including product codes, quantities, and delivery instructions
  • Enter order information into the system and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues or delays
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders processed
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Requirements:


  • Previous experience taking sales orders and generating quotes


  • Excellent IT skills

  • Microsoft etc
  • Able to work independently, multi task and good time management skills
  • Experience with Sage (preferred)
