Your New role


Here at National Highways we have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Coordinator to support the delivery of schemes, by ensuring all relevant H&S, scheme completion documentation and data capture are effectively planned, coordinated, stored and controlled.

This role will be based from our Basingstoke office.


What you'll be leading on

  • Supporting the development of H&S files for schemes through timely and accurate collation of data
  • Preparing and supporting scheme completion documentation and ensure timely circulation to relevant stakeholders
  • Managing scheme scheduling and delivery related activities and meetings
  • Ensuring the health and safety needs and wellbeing of customers and employees are fully considered and accounted for throughout the planning and delivery of activities.
  • Recommending approaches for improving your own area of work

  • Understanding of construction and maintenance activities
  • Understanding of project management principles
  • Good personal impact and the ability to inspire confidence and positive action
