A large, multinational matrix structured business, who offer a range of business services is currently seeking their next hire.

Following a recent restructure, they are rebuilding the finance team and have a requirement for an experienced Senior FinanceBusiness Partner.


Reporting in to the Director of FP&A and Business Insights, this role will partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation, to contribute to business planning, strategy and decision maing.


Responsibilities:


  • Detailed analysis to support Group Strategy, Group Commercial and Global Functions.
  • Create models to report on KPI's to give business insight on the above areas, producing benchmarks to create efficiencies.
  • Provide sound business insight and challenge to the assigned areas based on market analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Proactively suggest improvements in measuring effectiveness and performance
  • Analyse KPI trends ACROSS all areas of sales, revenue, GP, costs etc.
  • Challenge monthend performance and work with the divisions and initiate improvements.
  • Provide monthly commentary on results and create and distribute reports to all key stakeholders.
  • Develop processes, analyses, and presentations to support planning and reporting cycles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate key planning and strategy.
  • Prepare and own the business cases for spend in assigned areas as necessary.
  • Work with the regional and Group FP&A teams to ensure correct and best practice accounting.
  • Work with financial systems and data integrity teams to improve quality of information
  • Finance representative re new products, projects, pricing and other business decisions & alternative scenarios, providing financial evaluations.
  • Undertake market analysis and research to understand business models
  • Predict financial outturns, model the impact of management decisions, and proactively engage with divisional management to create and influence those decisions.
  • Identify Risks and Opportunities and provide plans and ideas to mitigate them
  • Work collaboratively with Group and Regional finance and divisional FP&A teams
  • Adhoc duties and analysis across areas as required.
  • Coach and help develop members of the Finance community
