An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Integrated Discharge Team, at Royal Sussex County Hospital for 2 x full time Band 4 Discharge Assistants.
We have now 4 x of this position across both sites and is evidencing the benefits its bringing to the discharge teams and the organization.
The post will support the wards with both discharge planning and timely, safe discharge of their patients within the acute Trust.
This position is full time post, Monday to Sunday
