This Events Coordinator/Office Manager role will be responsible for everything connected to the London office space, events and administration. You will have full control of an £100k events budget, tasked with organising a full yearly events schedule.Client Details
This Financial Services client based in the West End of London is a leading currency and asset manager, with over £80 billion in assets under management.
Description
Events Coordinator:
- Responsible for managing a budget of approximately £100k for staff entertainment and engagement
- Working closely with finance to keep a log of all expenditure throughout the year
- Responsible for charity events in initiatives throughout the year
- Responsible for organising and getting high attendance to company wide events to include monthly social drinks, small events throughout the year, Christmas parties, a weekend away, events/gifts to celebrate calendar events, monthly massages.
Office Manager:
- Responsible for ensuring that the office is well maintained in terms of general appearance, heating, cooling and cleaning.
- Build a relationship with TOG and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Responsible for ordering and distributing fruit and healthy snacks supplies.
- Responsible for keeping the kitchen and stationery supplies well stocked.
- Ensure that all visitors are greeted in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
- Responsible for the scheduling and setting up of meetings rooms.
- Organising catering, lunches, making refreshments and ensuring that any equipment needed is supplied.
- Book taxis and couriers.
- General administrative which will include arranging couriers, organising external printing of marketing materials and ordering business cards. Ensure administration is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and be able to anticipate and respond to the needs of the team, clients, and vendors.
- Creative approach to organising events, able to bring innovative ideas that will make events memorable.
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the events they organise.
- Adaptable and can work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment would be a great fit for this role.
