It is preferable that applicants have experience in a care setting and has evidence of good numeracy and literacy, equivalent to Functional skills level 2 or grade C/4 or above GCSE English and Maths.
Appointments to the post will commence at the lowest salary point, respectively, unless confirmed otherwise by HR Employment Services.
The role of this Nursing Assistant post is flexible, and the post holder will therefore, be required to provide support over a wide range of service/functions.
Key to this flexibility is the requirement for staff to work variable hours on a week by week basis within agreed limits.
The post holder will be required to work according to a locally agreed Code of Conduct for Nursing AssistantsKey Areas
