Permanent - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Hybrid working model with minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- Our highly regarded and supportive HR Team at MHA are looking to appoint a HR Officer. This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop a career within HR.
- We are looking for someone who has experience of working within HR, is a confident communicator, proactive and selfmotivated, but most importantly we are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. In return you will be given the opportunity to develop and grow as a HR professional within a compassionate and inclusive team.
- You will assist in providing operational support, advice and guidance to managers and staff on the full range of HR matters including sickness absence and terms and conditions of employment, taking into account best practice, employment legislation and MHA values.
- You will hold a Certification in Human Resource Practice
- CIPD Foundation qualification in HR (Level 3) or an equivalent qualification or bring an equivalent level of knowledge/experience. This is a development post and you will work closely with the HR Advisers to develop skills, knowledge and competencies to provide professional and pragmatic employee relations case work support and expertise.
- We offer the flexibility of remote working/hybrid working, with a general expectation of 2 days per week to be spent at our Head Office in Derby or at our services. There will also be a requirement for occasional travel to our sites across England and Wales.
