Domestic Assistant Needed
Minstead Study Centre offers residential environmental education visits to primary school children from across Hampshire and beyond. Located in the New Forest, our Centre welcomes school visitors around the year, who take part in a wide array of environmentally-themed outdoor learning activities. We are a small Centre, and the family atmosphere created by the whole team is a vital part of our appeal to our visitors.
- We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Domestic Assistant who can undertake physically demanding tasks, to help maintain the residents accommodation and thus ensure that their stay with us is really positive. Duties include cleaning of the Study Centre to a specified schedule, ensuring that the Centre is well presented, clean and welcoming for all visitors. as well as changing beds, stock checking and reordering when necessary, laundry and assisting with housekeeping as necessary.
- Please note that this post is for 5 hours per week
Usual working hours are:
- Monday: occasional
- Wednesday: 8.30am 11am
- Friday: 09:3012 middayAny work on Mondays, or additional hours requested at other times will be paid as additional hours
