Description

You will undertake administrative processes to support the Production and Technical departments within the business, whilst also undertaking any other business tasks required to ensure the effective and compliant operation of the site.

Duties Include _
(but are not limited to)_

Assist in all aspects of site HACCP, Hygiene, Food Safety and Quality and Auditing systems
Ensure all operational checks are carried out and related paperwork is reviewed, collated and filed.
Act as a technical assistant to present systems to external parties and customers.
Drawing up, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for the site.
Assist in NPD trials, preproduction and product launches.
Assist in the internal audit program.
Assist in the process for responding to customer and consumer complaints conducting appropriate investigations to allow a response to the customer in an effective and timely manner.
Assist in the development & implementation of robust corrective action plans to ensure any nonconformances are addressed.
Help ensure business KPIs are met including labour, yields, waste, customer satisfaction, laboratory result and GMP results and nonconformances.
Develop a quality culture throughout the site.
Take responsibility for ensuring health and safety procedures and rules are observed within the business.
Assist with the recruitment, training and performance management of employees.
Maintain any operational logs, databases or spreadsheets as directed
