About us:

Part marketing communications consultancy, part web design agency, Zircom has the experience to make our clients B2B communications come to life.

We provide marketing communications support to corporate and SME clients across visual identity, internal communications, trade support, interim marketing, consultancy, photography, and digital marketing.

About the role:

Working closely with the lead designer, design team, and account management teams, the Designer will take briefs and turn them into creative solutions that comply with client guidelines including corporate and marketing collateral, event materials and video, eLearning, website design and digital solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
Producing consistently excellent visual work
Producing a host of ideas, selecting the best ones, and selling to the other members of the team and to clients
Encouraging others to share their ideas and nurturing creativity
Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them up to date with project milestones
Creating direction for projects and guiding the team members
Work with the marketing team to ensure brand guidelines are followed
Support brand growth, volume, and consumer target goals

You may also be asked to undertake other duties as may be reasonable required and which are commensurate with the nature and grade of the post.

Location & commitments:

Permanent fulltime role (Mon
Fri) based at our Birkenhead office (near Hamilton Square Station) 3 days a week, 2 days working from home (37.5 hours per week)

Excellent allround designer, from concept through to delivery. You will take pride in producing high quality work
A confident presenter, organised and collaborative with experience leading projects and mentoring team members
Highly competent in using InDesign, photoshop, illustrator and After Effects (not essential but beneficial)
Hands on, tenacious and energized about the design process
The ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts
The ability to work across multiple projects running alongside each other
A collaborative approach and meticulous level of detail in all endeavours
