What you'll be doing
As an
Administrator your responsibilities will include;

  • Assist the Timekeeper with the uploading of timesheets/ hours into systems Ensuring allocation sheets are submitted and received and on time to issue accurate cost allocations and adjustments.


  • General Admin duties

  • Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning.
  • Facility Admin duties including my compliance
  • Plan and organises office events as require


  • Cover reception

  • Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries
  • Book conference rooms internally and externally for the team meetings, arrange lunch orders when required
  • Produces help with documents, presentations and reports as required
  • Ensure the office is fully compliant with all security protocols and Health and Safety requirements
  • Ensures office supplies are at a sufficient level and replenished as required including kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Check that office equipment is in full working order and take immediate action to ensure any repairs are reported to the relevant internal/external provider
  • Any other admin task that may be required by their line manager

  • A highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team
  • Organised with excellent timekeeping skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Very strong customer focus
