Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic office administrator, possessing excellent communication skills including report writing, to work within our Medical Workforce function.

You will be experienced in managing data, timelines and reports.

Ideally you will be an experienced Medical Workforce practitioner with an understanding of Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions, Revalidation & Appraisal along with an understanding of Doctors in Training contracts, working time directive and rota compliance.


You must be able to work autonomously and make decisions based on complex issues surrounding the governance framework for medical re-validation as required by the GMC and will have the skills & knowledge to challenge rota concerns, manage Doctors in training exception reports.

Daily supervision of the Medical Workforce Administrator, ensuring that the team provide an excellent and responsive customer service.
