About the role

You'll join the Education Team, supporting us to equip health and care professionals across the UK with the knowledge they need to provide excellent care for people with Parkinson's.

You'll support the development and ongoing maintenance of the virtual education content and courses for professional audiences.

You'll play a crucial role in upholding the smooth operation and administration of our virtual learning offer, working with colleagues from across the charity and externally.

What you'll do

As part of a team, support the technical review, maintenance and updating of highquality online courses, delivering on schedule
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clinicians within the Parkinson's Excellence Network, to maintain engaging online learning
Update courses on the Knowing Parkinson's Moodle platform and other external platforms, such as Open Learn Create, using agreed content from authors and colleagues
Support maintenance of asset register as key component of technical infrastructure

What you'll bring

Experience of working in a team focused on the development and maintenance of online learning
Experience of working in Moodle, Articulate 360 or similar tools
Experience of working with Subject Matter Experts as part of a course review process
Ability to balance internal schedules with the deadlines of key external stakeholders
Experience and understanding of GDPR rules and data handling

As well as flexible working hours, this role is offered on a flexible contract giving you the opportunity to also work from home, on an agreed working pattern.

You will be required to cover your own travel expenses to the office.
