This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a renowned, full-service Legal 500 firm in Newcastle.
Due to organic growth, our client is now seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic Corporate team.
In this role you will work on wide range of matters including, but not limited to:

Management buy-outs
Share buybacks
Corporate refinancing
Advising investee companies
Group reorganisations
Business and share acquisitions and disposals

You will have the opportunity to work on high-quality issues, provide guidance to less experienced members of the team, and further develop and support both the Corporate department and the wider firm.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years' PQE with solid Corporate background experience.

You will have a strong track record of dealing with corporate transactions, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to provide top-tier service.
