Description

Credit controller - FTC maternity cover in Ipswich for a logistics company. You will be responsible for all credit controller responsibilities and additional ad hoc duties.

Description

Importing invoices from various operations systems to SAGE
Maintain invoice query and credit note register
Carrying out credit checks
Producing weekly and monthly debtor reports
Processing online card payments
Weekly bank reconciliation
Reporting on debtors to line managers
Being a team player and assisting your team with additional administrative tasks as and when required

Profile

Previous experience in similar role
Experience of working on Sage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks
Ability to process and organise workload quickly but accurately
Customer Service experience
Maintain a professional manner at all times and adaptable to change
