Credit controller - FTC maternity cover in Ipswich for a logistics company. You will be responsible for all credit controller responsibilities and additional ad hoc duties.Client Details
Description
- Importing invoices from various operations systems to SAGE
- Maintain invoice query and credit note register
- Carrying out credit checks
- Producing weekly and monthly debtor reports
- Processing online card payments
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Reporting on debtors to line managers
- Being a team player and assisting your team with additional administrative tasks as and when required
Profile
- Previous experience in similar role
- Experience of working on Sage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel to perform required tasks
- Ability to process and organise workload quickly but accurately
- Customer Service experience
- Maintain a professional manner at all times and adaptable to change
