Robertson Bell has partnered with a passionate organisation providing various learning opportunities, who is looking for a Finance Systems Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role will be based on their Birmingham campus on a hybrid basis

The Finance Systems Officer will be responsible for:

Setting up new users onto the financial systems, data cleansing, supporting continuous system improvements and answering any queries
Providing support to the Finance Manager in posting of journals (accruals and prepayments), overseeing month end processes and monthly analysis of reports
Assisting on any upcoming system projects and occasionally act as a lead
Acting in a capacity of a Finance Business Partner dealing with budget queries

An AAT qualification or studying towards this
Experience in posting accruals and prepayments
Fantastic communication and excel skills
The ability to demonstrate quick and adept systems knowledge (Experience working with Unit 4 Business World or Agresso will be highly beneficial)
The ability to demonstrate their process developments and improvements
