Job Summary:
An incredibly unique position, working for a US entrant into the UK and EU life science market.

We are retained to find a leader for the provision of a sales and leasing department of commercial development in the UK and Europe.

Providing large format real estate new build development with an operator model you will part of a team trailblazing in this new asset class.

The role will require prior experience in setting sales strategy, product definition and leadership in identifying prospective customers and team management to successful conversion.

Sales, Leadership, Strategic Problem Solving of complex unique challenges will be essential skills.
