We are looking to appoint 2 Finance Business Partner to help lead the financial affairs across a portfolio of departments within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Professional Services Financial Management teams.

As a finance professional with experience of both financial and people management, you will be hardworking and collaborative with excellent inter-personal skills.

You will be a qualified or part qualified CCAB accountant (or have other relevant qualification/equivalent experience). You will also have experience of budgeting and preparing financial forecasts.


We are looking for:


  • A proactive finance professional with good technical understanding who is accustomed to working as part of a team.
  • A good communicator who provides effective customer service to colleagues within and outside of a finance department.
  • Ability to manipulate and interpret financial data to analyse current and future scenarios and solve problems.


In these positions you will work in a Financial Management team to deliver excellent results across all aspects of the role.

You will need to understand and be involved in the full breadth of financial activities relating to the Faculty or Professional Services Departments, as well as understanding those of the wider University.
