Main Purpose
We are entering a fast-paced phase of growth, with new product lines ready for launch, and expansion into new markets and geographies.
To support this, we are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive, with a keen eye for detail, to join our growing commercialteam to support the execution of our marketing strategy.
You'll be collaborating with an ambitious and highly supportive team, where sales, marketing, and design, work hand-in-hand.The team dynamic is a key enabler to the growth we've achieved thus far, making cultural fit a main area of consideration for thisposition.
Accountabilities & responsibilitiesDigital
- Manage social media channels, ensuring quality and maintaining activity levels
- Digital campaign support (e.g. LinkedIn, Google, & Twitter Ads)
- Collate, interpret and report on key digital metrics
Content
- Source stories for content from within the business and out
- Draft and proofread content
- Work with inhouse design team on marketing asset creation
- Newsletter creation & distribution
- Supporting commercial team with meeting/sales material preparation
Events
- Webinar administration
- Conference & tradeshow research & organisation
- Coordinate industry and business networking events
- Organise conferencerelated travel arrangements
System
- Maintain and manage CRM system (HubSpot)
- Create forms, landing pages, and automations (Hubspot)
Supplier Management
- Research and shortlist suppliers/agencies
- Liaise with agencies/freelancers on content, promo materials, etc.

For example, should marketing strategy be something you'd liketo explore, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Marketing during the strategy and planning work for the business.
If account management, customer success, or market research & analysis is of interest, there are growth opportunitiesin these areas too.
Job knowledge, skills, & experience- A selfstarter with drive to grow as the company develops, while also enjoying team collaboration
- Diligent with an eye for detail
- Accountable, with a "can do", proactive approach to work, and an inquisitive and problemsolving attitude
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder, with an outstanding grasp of the English language (especially writing)
- Digitally savvy with an interest and solid understanding of social media
- Excited about learning
- Is proficient in office suite e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Has a working understanding of marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Ads, and social media channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter
- Has either/both of the following:
- University degree in marketing, PR, communications, or similar
- 1+ years' work experience within a marketing, PR, communications, or admin role
- Has experience with HubSpot (preference)
- Has experience in engineering or industrial manufacturing (bonus)
