We operate over 7 million of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.

Our Sherburn site are now recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator
on a
full time permanent
basis.


Salary:
£23,100 per annum.

Working hours: 5 on 2 off (12:00-20:00)


Job Description:


The purpose of Warehouse Administrator is to ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion, facilitating with customer systems to ensure smooth running of the operation.


Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

  • Daily PID checks.
  • Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
  • Investigation into customer complaints.
  • ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
  • Stock checks.
  • RDT direct system uploads.
  • Audit traceability exercise completion.
  • System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
  • Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
  • Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.

Qualifications:


  • Computer literate.
  • Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive attitude to problem solving.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Previous admin/stock control experience.
  • Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.
