Theo Jones Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Resourcer to join our already highly successful and ambitious team in Loughton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join aprestigious Recruitment Specialist within the Automotive Recruitment Sector, representing many industry leading companies.

Resourcer - Loughton

Salary:
up to Basic £25,000, OTE uncapped

Working hours:
Monday - Friday

For this position, we require an individual who cares about the standards in recruitment and the drive to help the further evolutionof our company.

Resourcer key responsibilities:

Resourcing for all consultants
Creation of agency CV's
Working on special projects with Senior Recruitment Consultant
Lead Sourcing / Business Development
Support Road Ops team with General Admin
Any ad hoc duties required by the business

The ideal Resourcer:

Previous experience as a Resourcer
Knowledge of recruitment industry
Dedication and commitment with a desire to succeed
IT literate and proficient in the use of the Internet, Social Media Channels, Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent work ethic and drive
Previous experience in a recruitment environment preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to collaborate and offer new and creative approaches to work

You will be provided with full training by the Recruitment Manager, and will receive ongoing technical and soft skills training.
