Description
Euro London Appointments are working with a leading health and wellness company and their focus is plant-based nutritional products.They are looking for someone for their customer support team who is a friendly communicator, passionate about service and working closely with customers.
This is a bilingual position and requires fluency in both written and spoken English and Dutch.You will provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to all consumers and act as first-line escalation support to team members and outsourced call centres.
Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with customers and all other relevant parties (internal and external) to ensure an excellent consumer experience
- Regularly work to improve departmental KPIs and targets
- Work closely with the Customer Resolution team, eCommerce and Merchandising.

Necessary Experience:
