We are recruiting for the role ofBusiness Services Officer (Administrator) in our team covering
Oxford.
We trust and empower colleagues to work in a hybrid way, providing the resources, equipment, and support, so that individually and collectively, we can be the voice of children and young people when the family court makes critical decisions about their futures.
The Business Services Officer position is a flexible / hybrid working position. However, you will be expected to attend the office to facilitate any meetings with children and families and to oversee maintenance appointments, however the office is open all day every weekday should you wish to work from that space.
This means that some weeks there may be an expectation that attendance is every day whereas others it may be very mínimal.

Let us tell you a bit more about the role
As a
Business Services Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient management and progression of cases, providing administrative support to the local Family Court Advisers and Service Managers.
Should you join us your tasks will include:
Monitoring case progression
- Receiving referrals from the Court or Cafcass Intake Team
- Create / update / close cases within our case management system
- Sending letters and information packs to service users
- Identify any missing information and followup as required
- Receive and deal with telephone enquiries
- Meet and greet visitors, including service users
- General admin support
and what we're looking for.
- A relevant qualification in business administration (e.g. NVQ2), a willingness to work towards to a qualification and/or significant experience in a similar role
- Someone who thrives working in a team
- Able to prioritise work in a fastmoving environment with strict deadlines
