Experienced Office Administrator
An experienced and competent Administrator is required to join a Financial Services Company in the centre of Stafford. You will be joining a company specialising in Will writing, legal services, insurances and mortgages.

We are looking for an individual who has at least 3 years experience in a fast paced administrative role.

Applicants need to be dedicated to maintaining high standards and have excellent attention to detail, as drafting documents to a high level of accuracy is required.

All training on company procedures and systems will be provided.


Main duties will be:


  • Providing administrative support to the Estate Planning and Mortgages team
  • Booking and amending of client appointments
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Diary Management
  • Printing and posting of legal documents
  • Drafting and amending of legal documents
  • Accurate input of data for compliance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills (verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential

Working hours:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm and Friday 8am - 4pm


Job Type:
Full-time


Salary:
From £21,500 - £26,000 (dependant on experience)
