Project Administrator
Objective
To support the Project Manager with all administrative duties ensuring all works
are compliant with respect to; Project Delivery, Commercial Applications and Health & Safety.
Duties
- Create work packs to include
- Collation of completion packs from previous week
- Clock off completed works
- Raising outage requests on DOP System
- Raise and arrange Traffic Management requests
- Liaise with client & local authorities
- Liaison with 3rd party interface such as hire companies.
- Collation of Timesheets
- Attend Project Meetings
- Minute Meetings with Contracts/Planning/Project when required
- Various other ad hoc duties as required
Experience
- Have very good written and spoken English skills.
- Requires detailed knowledge & usage of excel
- Basic level of IT literacy.
- Ideally have experience in the utilities industry or similar.

Job Types:

£25,000.00 per year
