Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail floristry
Other experience such as wedding floristry would be good in addition to the retail experience
Excellent eye for detail and natural flair for creativity
Solid understanding of colour combinations and flower combinations
Excellent ability to match fauna with flowers
Reliable and trustworthy
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work to tight deadlines and achieve on time delivery for clients

Duties & Responsibilities

Design bouquets for photoshoots to feature in our online catalogue
Work with the theme and colour schemes set out by us for each shoot
Put together aesthetically pleasing bouquets in line with the colour scheme or theme
Work as part of a team to ensure that all bouquets are made on time
Attend all photoshoots and assist with obtaining the best angles for each arrangement
Teach and mentor junior florists on how to arrange stunning flower arrangements for various events
Travel to and from the location of photoshoots
Make suggestions on how flower arrangements can be improved

Our florists will work part time on Wednesdays (6 hours) Saturdays (6 hours) and Sundays (12 hours)
