Tyrefix is the fastest growing and leading service provider of tyre repairs and replacements to the off-highway (OTR) market with over 100 breakdown vehicles nationwide, we pride ourselves on providing an unmatched national breakdown service where our customers come 1st.

Due to consistent growth and our strategic view we will continue to require additional members of the team, as such we have the opportunity to bring in a dedicated Internal Recruiter.

The role
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative/on boarding support to Hiring Managers across the business.

Your key responsibilities, will be building strong relationships with stakeholders, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and supporting with the induction and training of new starters.

Duties:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Conduct reference checks and background screenings
Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition
Liaising with recruitment agencies to seek additional support in filling vacancies.
Assist with preparing a new starter documentation and ensure a warm welcome to new staff.
Oversee and manage all training documentation

Essential Criteria;

Proven work experience as Recruiter.
Solid understanding of fullcycle recruiting
Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with HR platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases/platforms
Experience in the Tyre industry would be a plus but not a necessity.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
