Description
Job Purpose:
Working within our Revenues Processing and Collections & Recovery sections the post holder will contribute to the delivery of an efficient and effective administration and support service in all matters relating to Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Housing Benefit, Sundry Debts and Scottish Welfare Fund awards in accordance with statutory legislation and regulations in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council's key objectives; specifically in relation to those identified within the Finance and ICT Service Plan, the Council's Digital Strategy and the Community Plan.

There are 3 permanent full time posts. The admin base for these posts is The Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock
Normal office hours are are 35 hours per week working Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm.
The workstyle for this post is 'Flexible' % of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.
