We're looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves to recruit to join our client, who are a household name in Publishing.

As the TA Specialist you will use your experience, skills and drive to recruit for a wide variety of complex roles based throughout Europe and further afield You will be part of the supportive TA team who are genuinely passionate about what they do.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver the best talent to the business in multiple locations
  • Understand the roles you are responsible for and partnering with stakeholders, actively source the right people for the business
  • Act as a strategic advisor in creating the right recruitment strategy while supporting hiring managers
  • Contribute to both regional and global strategic talent acquisition projects as required

Experience:


  • Great communication skills and an ability to influence at the highest level
  • A creative, solutionsdriven approach to every hire

You will be the kind of person who can work as a team player, enjoys problem solving and approaches issues with a can do attitude.

You will thrive in this role if you can work in an agile environment, have strong listening skills and a creative approach torecruitment.

This is a permanent TA Specialist role with a hybrid working model.
