Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Taleo
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
