Fusebox Games is looking for a People Partner to support our Head of Studio in building a collaborative workplace culture as we grow as a company.
This is a true generalist role with a shared focus across employee engagement activities, business partnering, HR projects and a dash of recruitment
Please note we are open to this being a part time role with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Fully remote with occasional in-person work sessions in our London studio (frequency to be agreed)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Studio, you will be responsible for supporting:
Culture
- Be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our company goals
- Be the trusted advisor to our Head of Studio and extended management team
- In partnership with our hiring managers, support our recruiting activities during a peak growth period
- Develop a worldclass onboarding process that acts as a starting beacon for Fusebox's culture
- Manage the production and issue of relevant paperwork for the recruitment process, such as contracts and offer letters
- Support with learning and development initiatives for leadership and wider team
- Review and manage with Leads all people operations processes including performance review cycles; compensation reviews and planning
- Conduct regular surveys or feedback activity to measure engagement and make recommendations for improvement and ensure engagement remains high
- Manage our HR system (Bamboo HR)
- Liaise with line managers and the Head of Studio on any individual HR issues

Requirements:
- Extensive experience with people operations with handson experience across the full range of people and cultural resource management
- Previously worked in a startup/scaleup within the mobile games, gaming or similar industries
- A selfdirected individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who proactively takes ownership and is excited to scale and support our team and company.
- Experience in developing and supporting D&I and employee engagement initiatives and tracking processes.
- CIPD qualified
- Experience of supporting a remote and global workforce and culture a definite plus
