Job description

An opportunity has arisen within Finance Business Team alongside the Insurance Business Partner at South Cambridgeshire District Council for a highly motivated individual to work as part of our dedicated team. We're seeking someone proactive, enthusiastic, and with excellent communication skills.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the Insurance Business Partner in the day to day running of the Insurance function
Liaising with the insurers and brokers with details of claims
Managing the insurance database and keeping all claims files accurate and up to date
Assisting with gathering data for the annual insurance renewals
Liaising internally with all departments on claims in their areas
This position requires a good level of standard education with ideally GCSE C or above in English and Maths.
