The post holder will be working as part of a busy team of administrators and the role requires a high level of computer and telephone work, with access to a wide range of different systems and information.
Processing written referrals onto our clinical system Taking telephone calls from patients and other health care professionals.Dealing with enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner Offering a high level of service to all our patients Working closely with hub triage teams to ensure patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently.
Working with local service teams to complete required tasks and activities Working well as a team under pressure in a busy environment Sharing information and escalating issues as appropriate identifying innovative ways of working Whilst it is not a legal requirement, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust encourages and supports all staff to be vaccinated as this remains the best line of defense against COVID-19 We are committed to supporting flexible working options for staff, wherever possible, and welcome discussions on flexible working patterns to support our staff to maintain a healthy work life balance.
