An exciting opportunity has arisen within this multi-award winning, professional services business, for an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join their team.

Working closely with the Head of D&I and with teams across the business, we are looking for somebody who can build strong relationships internally and externally, to drive positive diversity and inclusion within their culture and help them fully embed D&Iacross all their processes.

Key activities:

Ownership of the firms D&I activities including recommending activities, sourcing volunteers and managing the relationship with relevant providers.
Maintaining the D&I SharePoint and Website pages, ensuring relevant, engaging and inclusive content.
Line manage a D&I Assistant.
Manage the internal D&I events calendar.
Working with Graduate Recruitment to engage students at recruitment events
Research appropriate suppliers and recommend relevant firmwide D&I training.
Promotion of the employer brand, including writing D&I articles and using social media
Manage award preparation looking for relevant awards and drafting submissions
Drafting D&I articles and recommending content.
Statistic generation, manipulation, and reporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Any other D&I related projects as directed.

It goes without saying that you will have a passion for diversity and inclusion, coupled with the experience of working on D&I projects and activities, throughout your recent career.

Demonstratable experience of all (or most) of the above key activitiesis essential.

You will be adept at developing and maintaining internal networks, with the ability to successfully and collaboratively work with multiple teams.

You will also have strong communication, relationship building and, organisational skills, coupled with a handson approach and no job too small attitude.
