Main duties will include:


  • Monitor and enforce deadlines for timesheet submission to ensure timely payroll processing
  • Process and administer payroll accurately and on time
  • Address any payrollrelated inquiries or issues from employees, providing prompt resolution and excellent customer service
  • Generate invoices for customers based on agreedupon terms and contracts
  • Review invoices for accuracy, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery to clients
  • Prepare regular financial reports related to payroll and billing activities
  • Prepare and submit Intermediary reports accurately and within specified deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to streamline process
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
